Late Saturday morning Gemma, Jude and I rode the Coaster train into Old Town San Diego to meet Bill for the afternoon. After eating sandwiches at the beach we headed to the Scripp's Aquarium to view sea life and learn how to conserve our oceans.
We finished the day having steaks for dinner with Gerry and enjoying a large fire and 2 small ones. We played a game Bill and Gerry played around the campfire while growing up in Park Falls. "When I go out West" is a fun, imaginative word game of what each would take and do with that thing "out west".
Sunday we attended church service and in the afternoon had frozen yogurt with all the trimmings, played hide and seek around the mall, had a swim at the neighborhood pool and ended the day with a cul-de-sac supper party.
