It's the Octopus....Tree?

    Sunday, Oregon Coast, Part 2....

     
   We continued on to view the Cape Meares lighthouse.  Though it is no longer in use, (there is an automated light behind it), it is interesting to learn the history of that lighthouse and its "keeper".  The lighthouse is "short" because the cliff is already quite elevated..

         This has been a good "It's the Octopus tree" day in the life of Grandma G.
