Austin, Jake and Zach went zip lining for 1&1/2 hours through the forest canopy at Skamania Lodge on Monday. Grandma G chose not to participate though it is open to 8 to 99 year olds. (Later I met a lady who said she did the zip line in Costa Rica when she was 78. I did not ask her present age.)

VISTA HOUSE
Zach drove us up to Vista House on scenic Highway 30 through the mountains. From that high point one can see majestic views every direction.

Today is Tuesday, but me staying home to do laundry, dishes and repacking does not make for interesting reading. The boys were at Deb's today. THEY had FUN going to a beach called Frenchman's Bar (NOT a tavern), then to dinner and to a movie. Angie entertained them today. I bet she DIDN'T get many pictures.
Tomorrow I take Austin back home to southern Wisconsin and take Jake along for his........
Grandson/Grandma G Great Adventure.
This has been a good "Austin's last fun time in VC" day in the life of Grandma G.
"Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing for joy; let them sing before the Lord, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples with equity." (Psalms 98: 8 & 9)
