Friday afternoon Debbie invited me to ride along with their family when they took Micaela to Hood River (town) to babysit for some friends. The drive was about an hour and a half.....along the Columbia River, once we left the cities behind. We were in "the gorge" and into the fruit growing country.

On Saturday it was time to get back to water aerobics, to pull some weeds, to water the flowers, to do the laundry and to clean up the kitchen. Gotta do it sometime!!
This has been a good "remember the scenery" day in the life of Grandma G.
"Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy; let them sing before the Lord, for he comes to judge the earth." (Psalms 98: 8 & 9)
