Girls,They Just wanna have Fun....Post Views....12,197

Grandma G, she just wants to have fun......

I must be having fun since I am always too tired at the end of the day to ......blog.  Even at the end of 4 days, Oh My.

Wednesday I won't talk much about, though it was a significant day getting bills paid and finally figuring out what I need for a monthly budget.  It has taken almost 2 years of living here to get some semblance of order.  Enough of that....what does that have to do with FUN.....

Thursday after water aerobics and a quick shower it was off to a morning therapeutic massage and adjustment.  By then it was noon and I was actually ready for a....NAP.  But NO....FUN on the horizon.

Angie, out to lunch with her favorite grandma and her other grandma......only she's not telling which is which.....

Followed by a shopping trip to the dollar store to get more cleaning supplies for her apartment....

Then it was on to Shorty's nursery to cash in my $6 "member's" credit that has to be redeemed in July.

        WHAT.....is it?
A stick man singing joyfully?
A cactus?
A peace sign?
A baby monkey-tail tree?

Why, Yes, a baby monkey-tail tree.....
Though it is also known as a monkey puzzle tree.
Some blogday I will tell the tale of the monkey-tail tree....Oh, Yes...

Friday was Red Hot Mamas Red Hat Day.....Oh, Yah.....
(Can you find Grandma G?)

We were off to enjoy Camas Days.....a weekend festival that is familiar to most American towns in the summertime..... though each has its own particular name...

Yum, an Italian flavored
pickled garlic clove...

Camas was named in the 10 best towns for families by the Family Circle Magazine.... and it is only 20 miles from Vancouver....

Saturday was Hawaiian Festival day in downtown Vancouver.....
After I did the chore of pulling weeds from my pebble yard.....

Tahiti

                  Samoa......
New Zealand
                                              Vancouver
Tree hugger...

This has been a good 4 "wanna have fun" days in the life of Grandma G.

"For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless."  (Psalms 84:11)
