Japanese Garden.....Post Views....11,920

'Tis my week for sightseeing!!  Yes!
My friend, Kahana, invited to take me to the Portland rose garden and Japanese garden on Sunday afternoon.  The temperature was in the 90's.  It was especially hot in the sun of the rose garden.  But the walk through was worth the heat.  The peak of the rose season is about mid-June so the flowers were not at their most beautiful, but still lovely.

Portland and Mt. Hood....

This has been a beautiful garden day in the life of Grandma G.

"See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone.  Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land." (Song of Songs 2:11 & 12)
