San Diego/Day one....

     It was great to wake up in sunny San Diego----actually Carlsbad.  I had the morning to myself until Gerry returned home shortly before noon.   Then it was off to Subway for lunch and a quick walk through Home Depot in search of building materials for a playhouse for the kids.
    I walked 40 minutes this afternoon in the warm sun and cool breeze.  It's California, BABY!

  This evening Gerry took us to the beach to enjoy the sunset.....

      This has been a good first San Diego day in the life of Grandma G.
